Terms of Use

By accessing or using Painless Content (the "Service"), operated by UR Creative Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UR Creative Studio LLC.

Painless Content is a content repurposing assistant that operates via the Telegram messaging platform. The Service accepts text, transcripts, and voice notes submitted by subscribers and generates platform-ready social media content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, email newsletters, and Facebook. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Painless Content is offered under paid subscription plans. All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model or system prompts
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
• Submit content containing personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent

To ensure a consistent and reliable experience for all subscribers, the following usage limits apply:

• Starter plan: Up to 5 repurpose jobs per day, across up to 3 platforms per job. Text input only.
• Creator Pro plan: Up to 30 repurpose jobs per day, across all available platforms. Voice note input supported.
• Daily usage limits reset at midnight UTC.
• Automated, scripted, or bot-driven usage that circumvents per-day limits is prohibited.
• Accounts found to be abusing the Service through excessive automated usage may be suspended without refund.

We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice. Material reductions to limits will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.

Your content: You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Generated outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you own the content outputs generated for you by the Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and legality of any content you publish.

Our IP: The Painless Content brand, website, system design, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of UR Creative Studio LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RESULTS ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEES. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UR CREATIVE STUDIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UR Creative Studio LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) content you submit or publish using the Service.

The Service operates via Telegram and integrates with Stripe for payments. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
