Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Painless Content, operated by UR Creative Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any Painless Content plan, you agree to this policy. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

Painless Content is a digital subscription service. Once you have accessed the Service and consumed credits or generated content, the service has been delivered. Accordingly, our general policy is that subscription fees are non-refundable, subject to the exceptions described below.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Payments page
  • Click Manage Billing to access the Stripe billing portal
  • Select Cancel Subscription and confirm

Alternatively, you may email us at [email protected] and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

3. General No-Refund Policy

Because Painless Content is a digital service that delivers value immediately upon use (content generation, platform access), all subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. This applies to:

  • Partial use of a subscription period
  • Unused daily credits within a billing period
  • Plan downgrades mid-cycle
  • Cancellations made after the renewal date

4. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Service unavailability: If the Service experiences a verified outage or critical failure lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected days.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
  • Unauthorised charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.
  • First-time subscribers (goodwill): If you are a first-time subscriber and have not used the Service (zero content generation jobs), you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial charge by emailing us. This goodwill exception is available once per customer.

5. EU / EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national law.

Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period): Under EU law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, by subscribing and accessing the Service (i.e., by using the Telegram bot or generating any content), you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

If you have not yet accessed or used the Service, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of your initial subscription by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line "Right of Withdrawal." We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

6. UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The same 14-day cooling-off period and conditions described in Section 5 apply to UK consumers, in accordance with UK law.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under any of the eligible circumstances described above, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [your name or account email]"
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge and the amount
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] before disputing a charge, as most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
